Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
WOWSA! Seriously easy to make (throw it all in at once in the morning and walk away), and it was absolutely delicious. I loved how the meat fell apart by the end of the cooking time. So simple and delicious for these rare occasions when I cook beef!

Oven Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Gooood stuff! I just used boneless chicken breasts. They were somewhat dry so I might try boneless thighs next time. I served it with whole wheat egg noodles and that kind of canceled out the dryness of the chicken (esp if you serve it with all the juices, which adds plenty of flavor). Very easy and fun to cook!

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
So rich and delicious! I chickened out on the jalapeno pepper bc I was worried about burning my hands when cutting it (wuss, I know). It was still very good and very spicy without, as I used a red curry powder. Next time I'll probably go with 1 1/2 tsp of salt instead of 2 and try subbing coconut milk for the cream, as someone suggested. Oh, and it took something like 15-20 minutes to cook the potatoes to a tender point before I went ahead and added the cream, peas and peppers.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
Not bad at all. For me it just wasn't as flavorful as I'd have liked it. Perhaps next time I'll use more curry, as another reviewer suggested. It's not that it needs to be spicier in the sense of heat, but spicier in the sense that it just needs a bit more flavor! Overall though it's a great recipe with easily accessible ingredients and I'll definitely make it again, with more curry and cayenne pepper, most likely.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
I was so surprised at how tasty this chicken turned out. As I told my husband, it's the best tasting chicken I've ever made. I love thighs because they seem to stay so moist, and the flavors on top of that sent me to heaven!

Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Sooooo yummy! After 8 hours of cooking on low, the chicken fell right off the bones and was so tender and succulent. It really was so fast and easy to put on and forget about, except for when I'd get a whiff of that delicious aroma wafting through the house, of course.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

DELICIOUS!!! I may just try it without the sugar because warmed milk in lattes tends to be sweet enough for me. Will see how it compares to this yummy recipe ;)

Best White Icing Ever

Reviewed: May 18, 2009
I took the advise of some other reviewers and used less powder sugar as well as using some butter in place of some of the crisco and I gotta say, this stuff is gooooood. Not too sweet in my opinion. Just right :)

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
These are sooo delicious and the easiest meatballs I've made to date! I throw some pasta sauce in with them near the end, along with some shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses to give them a meatball parmesan flavor!
