Grandma VanDoren's White Bread
This recipe is great. It's my first time to make white bread, it is so easy. I just follow the procedures step by step. Make some modifications on my bread, I made 1 loaf with my left-over pesto and cheese. The other one as dinner rolls w/ some cheese. The last one just plain white bread. I also brushed milk on top of the bread and it did not turn brown. All breads turned out great, it was soft and delicious. My daughter love it. Thank you grandma for sharing your recipe.

All American Apple Pie
It's the first time I make an apple pie and it turned out so great. I added some orange zest and the juice of 1 orange in the apple filling mixture. it will look like too much liquid but I add a little more flour. I used Granny Smith and Fuji apples.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is the best banana recipe I've been looking for. The finished product was moist and a little crunchy because of the sliced banana. I used three ripe "saba" banana. I mashed the half and half was sliced in a small cube. I added a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. I don't have sour cream, so instead I used fresh milk with 1 tbsp.of lime. It taste great! I will definitely bake it again.
