I followed others suggestion and added 5 T of corn starch. I used 2 1/2 cups of fresh blueberries and 2 1/2 cups of fresh boysenberries. I don't use sugar and substituted splenda and added 1 T lemon juice but when I make it again I think I'll use 2 T. I baked at at 400 degrees for an hour covering the crust with foil until the last 15 min. It turned out very well and my husband and I both enjoyed a slice about 1 1/2 hours after it came out of the oven along with some vanilla icecream, very yummy and will be sure to make it again, a very simple pie to make, I used the ready made piecrust which makes it even easier.

These turned out super!! The only thing I changed was to use splenda instead of sugar. I got 9 muffins rather than 8 and they were just as pretty as any you'd find at a bakery. After 2 days they started to get a little dry so I'd suggest freezing what you wouldn't eat in a few days.

This turned out quite well for me and I only made 2 changes, I used splenda instead of sugar and I added 1/4 cup more milk. The batter was supper thick and all the flour was not mixing in without it. Next time I make it I think I'll try adding a little lemon juice also. I only wish I had wild minnesota blueberries rather than the ones from the grocery store :( Also, I got 8 servings from this, the pieces were plenty big along with the vanilla icecream.

This was so yummy! Only change I made was using splenda rather than sugar. I took a loaf over to my in-laws since father in law is diabetic and it was a big hit! I also made it at work but used sugar and had to substitute chopped macadamia nuts for the walnuts and it turned out very well also.

A really good salsa, will be sure to make it again! Would be a good thing to take for a bbq or potluck.

I made a large batch of these to serve at the jail. It was a very simple and quick bread to make. I froze the leftovers and used them a week later and they kept very well.

This was a quick and easy recipe. I used a potato masher since I like a little bit of chunks in my guacamole. I used green pepper sauce and also added 3 T. of fat free sour cream. It turned out very well and my husband loved it.

This turned out very moist and even after a few days still tastes fresh. Next time I make it I will not add as many nuts, and think I'll omit them completely from the frosting. I use splenda instead of sugar, and also used it in place of the powdered sugar for the frosting but only used 1 1/2 cups then and it was sweet enough, also used fat free cream cheese. I added the crushed pineapple and next time think I'll double that.

This bread turned out very yummy! I was wanting to find something using pears since we have a tree out back and so many just go to waste. I did make a few changes, I had 2 small apples that needed to be used up so I shredded them, also decreased the oil to 1/2 cup and added 2 mashed ripe bananas. I don't use sugar so used splenda instead. I'll deffinatly make this bread again.

A very tasty pie! I substituted splenda for the sugar and added just a dash of nutmeg and ginger.

I love this pie! Made it at home using fresh pears, then made a couple pies at work and they loved it also. Have made it again at home and wanted to mention a mistake I made, had my mind elsewhere and I added the topping to the pie when I was putting it into the oven to begin baking. When I realised what I'd done I was worried it would ruin the pie but it actually turned out better, the topping blended into the sourcream filling and was a rich brown color but did not burn so I think from now on I will just put the topping on at the beginning. Next time I made it I'm going to use blueberries and thinking it would also be very tasty with strawberries.

I made these last week-end and they turned out quite well, I did make a substitution using splenda instead of the regular sugar. Since I made a larger batch (had more strawberries that needed to be used up) I didn't have enough muffin tins for all so made 12 muffins and 2 loafs I liked the muffins better than the bread, the bread did not slice well and was to moist in the middle, still yummy tho!

This turned out very well and stayed moist for several days after. Will make it again, went really well with chilli.

I'll be sure to use this recipe again! Very easy to make.

I loved this cake! I made it today for a dinner party and everybody seemed to love it just as much as I did. I did make a change since I don't cook with sugar, I substituted the sugar for splenda. I was not sure how that would work with the powdered sugar in the frosting but it turned out really good! I also took anothers suggestion and used 2 sticks of butter for the cake batter instead of using half oil. This one is a keep, I'm sure I'll be making it again!

This turned out really good, was a big hit for a dinner party I had, served it with raw veggies and it was all devoured.

This turned out really well, did seem more like a very hearty soup tho than a stew. I actually made it up the day ahead of time to have ready for a dinner party and I got many compliments on it! I used a red pepper instead of the green since that's what I had on hand, added 3 stalks of celery and a small amount of corn and served it with corn bread.

I made muffins and both my husband and I enjoyed these very much. The only thing I did different was to use splenda instead of sugar. Will make this again!

These are yummy!! I needed to bake up some cookies at short notice and these were fast and simple. The first pan I did the cookies spread out quite a bit so on the other pans I didn't flatten them out quite as much. Really nice chewy quality to them, will make again and next time will try the orange juice instead of the water as someone suggested.
