Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes
I have waited all winter for fresh garden zucchini to make these again, super delicious. I do think they need something...either a sauce or ??? (But I won't say what, because the review is for the recipe, as it stands-ok diced tomatoes and home made creamy garlic dressing) Agree with other reviewers, they can be impossibly wet to prepare, so I grate the zucchini, let it drain for at least an hour and even refrigerate before rolling in flour and cooking...they are lovely.

Outrageous Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing
I used to wait tables years ago, and they had the most amazing creamy garlic dressing, I'm searching for something similar...this is not it. Think, "lays BBQ potato chips" flavor, sweet and salty flavor, and I like those things, and those flavors, so this isn't a total wash but what I wanted to serve it with really needed the white creamy kind, not BBQ chips kind...it is also quite thick, so good for a topping or dip, not so much tender greens...olive oil, cream, milk or maybe a touch of rice vinegar might thin it a bit...overall yummy, just not the kind of yummy I was looking for...I also skipped the garlic powder and added more fresh. Will add fresh chives right before I eat it...

Potato and Cheese Pierogi
As a Polish girl, I had to add my 2cents.....my mother (first generation Pole), God Bless Her, always used sharp cheddar, none of this "onion salt" stuff, keep it real, and served it smothered in sauteed onions and butter.......yum.....I just needed some tips on the dough.......
