My favorite things to cook
Italian, seeing I am Italian, but I love to try new recipes and experiment in the kitchen. I rarely make something twice the same way. I always add and change ingredients to see what I can come up with.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas I make Manicotti, I make my own crepes from scratch. Everyone loves them. This recipe has been pasted down through my fathers family. My sauce takes four days to make.

My cooking tragedies
Making Italian bread, when I was a new bride I wanted to impress my husband with a full Italian dinner. Well you could hammer a nail into wood with my home made bread.
