Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
Even though there were a lot of reviews where the recipe was changed, I decided to give the original a shot. It was incredibly easy to make the batter, and using Penzey's cocoa was the way to go for me. I doubled the recipe and baked in a greased and cocoa dusted 13 x 9. I I baked them for exactly 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
This in my opinion is the best cookie recipe ever! well as far as chocolate cookies go. I made mine with all organic ingredients and used white chocolate chunks instead of chips. also I totally agree with using half baking powder and baking soda. My cookies are PERFECT! They're soft and melt in your mouth. Also i split the recipe in half and got exactly 2 dozen cookies out of it. Don't tell but I ate 4 just as soon as they were cool enough, but I am 38 weeks pregnant so I don't feel so bad. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
yum! Even though I didn't think these cookies are very soft, I took them out at 8 mins, they are still delicious. The taste totally makes up for the crunchy-ness. I did not press mine and i wouldn't recommend doing so. I made chocolate chip and raisin chocolate chip. The raisin chocolate chip tastes like chocolate covered raisins!!! definitely try this recipe.
