Antipasto Squares

I liked this recipe but I did not care for the egg taste. I think the next time I make it, I'll substitute butter instead of the egg. And maybe have some pizza sauce for dipping on the side.

Very Good! For some reason, my cake fell apart when I tried to transfer it to the cooling wrack so I used a box of Devil's Food Cake instead- I think it tasted better and was easier anyway. Microwaved the PB for 30 seconds, spread easily. This was SO good- it's a sheet cake with a kick.

Baked Potato Salad I

Really good! I added just a bit more mayo and put a little mustard in the mix to give it some tang. I'm horrible at peeling potatoes so I quarted red potatoes and it was very unique! Will make serveral times again!

Baked Ziti I

Loved it! I had some shredded cheddar cheese in the fridge so I added it to the recipe for the heck of it. When I cut a slice it all mixed together so its okay to mix all of the noodles and the sauce together, then top with sour cream, provolone and shredded cheese. I highly recommend this recipe!

Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

Very good! This was the first made from scratch cake I ever made and it was awesome! The only thing i would do differently is sprinkle the nuts on top. The nuts mixed in with the icing made it hard to spread out without tearing the cake up.

Bacon Roll Ups II

These were very good! I used maple hickory smoked bacon and veggie cream cheese. I pre-cooked the bacon on a broiler pan while I was preparing the bread to save time and then rolled the bacon up with the bread and baked until it was done. Everyone loved them!

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Love it!! I sprinkle on a little more Worcestershire Sauce when I get them made into patties but other than that this is perfect! The cajun mayo is awesome, I crave these burgers everytime we grill out!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

This recipe is great for an appetizer when entertaining guests or for a snack. I sprinkled cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese and used turkey bacon (cut in half)for each pepper. If you want to make it spicy leave the seeds in.

Chicken Enchiladas V

I changed the recipe around on this one and loved it!! I cooked ground beef with a onion, garlic, and jalepeno slices. I put mozzarella cheese in the enchiladas and then doubled the soup and sour cream mix, the more the better on this one!
