The quiche was very good- my coworkers all asked for the recipe! I did however leave out the garlic and I substituted 1/2 a stick of smart balance for 1 stick of butter to be a little healthier. Also, the picture looked kinda strange so I kinda mixed my spinach mixture with the egg mixture once in the crust.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

The only thing I would suggest is mixing the milk and chicken broth in a separate bowl and then slowly adding the flour to the milk/broth mix before putting it in the skillet. I had a lot of clumps in my mix by putting the flour in the skillet first and then adding the broth and milk. It was great!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I usually have no luck with fudge- this fudge turned out perfect. It set up very nicely. I used the suggested changes of 1 c peanut butter, 2 cups brown sugar and 3 cups powdered sugar. Will make again!

German Chocolate Fudge

This came out very runny. It never set and it never blended together well. I did use low fat evaporated milk instead of the regular so maybe this was the reason.

Baked Ziti II

I really enjoyed this and it was really simple to make. I just mixed all of the ingredients in a bowl and then mixed it with the noodles. I added some oregano to the mix for extra flavor. I would have given it 5 stars except it was a little bland and could have possible used a little salt.

Southwest Chicken

This was good but it needed a little more spice to it for my liking. I added Frank's Red Hot Sauce to it to give it more of a zing.

Bubble Pizza

Pizza tasted very good. However, the dough was a little thick for me. I only ended up using 2 packages of 8 oz. refrigerated dough vs. 2 packages of 12 oz dough. If I made it again I would try to use 1-12 oz. can of dough. It did taste very good- would make again!
