Salmon Appetizers
I was excited about this, but the results were not to my liking. And no one else in our home cared for these. They were not bad, but not really anything I'd crave to have again. I'd rather have a canned tuna fish sandwich...

Cod au Gratin
This was great! My hubby and I chowed down on this, it was just what I was looking for. I did layer extra cheese in with the sause, because the more cheese, the better - of course! And I added some garlic powder to the sauce for more flavor. Yumma!

Italian-Style Deviled Eggs
Great recipe. Gave this traditional dish just the right amount of "something different" without going over board! Took them to a pot-luck and they flew off the plate fastere than anything else. I was lucky to sample one myself! Thanks! Will make again!
