Surprise! Family chowed down on this. They liked it! I had about 4 cups of ham to use, so I doubled the recipe. I cooked 1 1/2 dry cups of plain white rice (in 3 cups of water) and used all of it in a 9x12 glass pan. I cooked the frozen broccoli before using it. They were flowerettes, not cut up, and there was also cauliflower mixed in with the broccoli. Also, in doubling the recipe, I needed more sauce, but only had one can of mushroom soup on hand, so I used a second can of cream of chicken soup. It worked just fine. Used just 1/2 cup of mayo and 1 tsp of dry mustard, not prepared mustard. The sauce had a little spring to it, but without being able to tell just what it was. I will make this again.
