Slovak Stuffed Cabbage

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2000
My husband and I really like this recipe. I hadn't made cabbage rolls in a long time and decided to try a new recipe. I'll be making this one again. My Dad dropped by when I was making them and had to have a taste. He was sorry he couldn't stay for dinner. Judy Forte

I first had this at a baby shower for my daughter in Florida. The hostess used a tub of soft strawberry cream cheese with the marshmallow cream. It is fabulous! Try it.

White Bread For The Bread Machine

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2001
This bread came out perfect the first time I made it and it's delicious. It's the closest I've come to a good Italian bread in the bread machine. I also used olive oil.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2004
I used chicken cutlets and added extra oregano to the bread crumbs. I think making sure the chicken is nice and brown and crispy is important too. I took the leftovers to my daughter and she left a message on my phone tnat it was the best chicken parm she'd ever had and she had to have my sauce recipe. I laughed because I had used Ragu's Robusto parmesan and romano and added a pinch of sugar. Great recipe!

Peach Pork Picante

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2005
I found a small pork tenderloin(approx.3/4#) in the freezer and decided to try this recipe. I only had 2/3 cup of Paul Newman's med. salsa so I used 3 Tbsp.peach preserves and half of the package of taco seasoning. This was fantastic. I can't wait to try it with chicken. I served it with white rice and green beans I also thicken it slightly with cornstarch.
