Like many other reviewers said, this recipe was too bland. I added cumin, onion powder and garlic powder and it still didn't have very much flavor. Except for the chili powder - you get a big taste of that when you get to the crust. I think it would be better to add the chili powder into the egg mixture so that it all blends better. And maybe if I used sauteed onion and garlic that would've helped. I did like the creamy texture of the quiche, though.
