We made this sauce to accompany the chicken that we had with our Christmas Eve fondue and it was a big hit. It tastes great, and would go well with fish, too. We were even thinking that it would be a great marinade - although you would have to double, or maybe triple, the recipe if you wanted to use it as a marinade. Delicious!!

Terrific Turkey Chili

This chili is fantastic! I had just used my last zucchini before I made this so, sadly, there wasn't any zucchini in it but I will make sure I have some on hand for the next time I make this. My husband loved it. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

We had these for our Halloween dinner tonight and they were a big hit. My husband and my kids and I really liked them. I think I would add a bit more garlic powder next time but other than that they are great!

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Mexican Rice III

My family and I really liked this recipe! I used some roasted, hot green chiles instead of the jalapeno, and an orange bell pepper instead of green because that's what I had on hand and it was great. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Tex-Mex Quiche

Like many other reviewers said, this recipe was too bland. I added cumin, onion powder and garlic powder and it still didn't have very much flavor. Except for the chili powder - you get a big taste of that when you get to the crust. I think it would be better to add the chili powder into the egg mixture so that it all blends better. And maybe if I used sauteed onion and garlic that would've helped. I did like the creamy texture of the quiche, though.

Chicken Mole

Outstanding! I had never had this before but I always thought it sounded interesting, so I made it for Valentine's day (since it has chocolate in it) and my husband and I LOVED it. I just used boneless/skinless chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand but maybe next time I'll buy the whole cut up chicken. I'm sure it's delish w/ the dark meat, too! We'll definitely be making this one again. Thanks!!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I was a little scared to try these, because I generally don't like red food coloring (like red frosting - yuck!!) but I was pleasantly surprised....these were SO good! My whole family loved them. Now I'm hooked. I'll definitely make them again.

Kelsandra's Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Yum! We love pumpkin baked goods and these are delicious! My 7-year old said, "If there were 30 stars, I would give them 30 stars!" I did have to use almost 6 cups of flour but this is a really nice dough to work with and the flavor is great. I was glad that they didn't have to rise again afther shaping and cutting them - it didn't seem to matter, as they came out great! And so easy, too!! I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for the recipe!

Wild Rice Turkey Dish

I thought this was just o.k. It was a little bland. I think that if I make this again, I'll use Italian bread crumbs, as some others mentioned, and perhaps add some Italian seasoning or something to the rice/turkey mixture.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

My whole family loved this. I didn't have fresh ginger so I substituted a generous 1/4 tsp of ground ginger and it was great. I think I will try it with the fresh ginger next time.

This was good, but it wasn't my favorite. I made this when the first raspberries hit the stores, so maybe they weren't very flavorful raspberries. I might try it again some other time.

Stuffed Peppers

These were excellent! I used ground turkey and brown rice instead because that's what I had on hand. My husband really liked them, as did my 2 year old. About 10 minutes before they were done, I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the tops. Yummm!!

Eggnog French Toast

Yum! My family and I love eggnog, so these were a big hit. I only used 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon the second time that I made these and we liked them even more....the 1 1/2 tablespoons is a little overpowering.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Rich, decadent and delicious! This recipe is a definite keeper. It was really easy to make, turned out great and was a hit with my whole family. I sprinkled it with powdered sugar and made a raspberry sauce to drizzle over over it at serving time. Yum yum!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
