Made this for a birthday party at work. I arrived at 7:30 am an they were ALL gone by 9am!! Made them again and sprinkled a little Italian salad dressing on the lettuce for some more zing. Everyone loves them and can't believe how easy they are to make. This one is a keeper!

This is a really good rub! I used it on both a good cut of beef and again on a much cheaper cut -- it was great on both!

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

Excellent recipe for spaghetti squash! I had to cook the squash longer than it called for. May try adding some cottage cheese next time! This recipe is a definite keeper!

Cheese Soup III

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2003
Didn't have any American cheese on hand so I substituted shredded Colby Jack. Followed the rest of the recipe to the letter. Very tasty but a bit watery. Next time I will add A LOT more potatoes to thicken it up. The hot sauce is a great touch!!! All in all, very good, very easy and a definite keeper!

Dolmathes

Not quite what I was hoping for. Followed the directions exactly and they seemed to come out a bit too oily for my taste. I'll keep looking!

Barbecue Butter Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2003
My husband is a butter bean fanatic so if HE likes this recipe, it has to be pretty good! So easy to make! My oven is "hot" so I checked on them every so often to make sure they didn't get too dry or burn. This one's a keeper in our house.

Ham Spread

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2003
Not too bad! I have been looking for a ham spread recipe like my mom used to make when I was a child and this one may be a good place to start. Will have to "fiddle" with it a bit!

Southern Ham and Brown Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2003
Yummmmmmmmy! I took everyone's advice and let it cook for six hours. I did end up having to add more water (difference between electric range and gas maybe) but it was wonderful. I added some worchestershire sauce and a little garlic powder. My husband LOVED it....and he's not a big fan of pinto beans!

Crab Dip II

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2003
I had a ton of crab so I doubled the recipe for a pool party. I was concerned about the large amount of dip but the entire bowl was gone by the end of the party! Everyone raved about it and asked for the recipe. This one has a permanent home in the recipe box!

Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2001
My husband really loved this and so did I! I read in one review where someone suggested adding green beans - I did and it was great! It does look kinda gross so I don't know how you'd get a kid to try it but it tastes wonderful!

Easy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2001
Made it without the onions. To be honest, it was kind of bland. If I make it again, I'll have to spice it up. My fiancee only ate one serving which is unheard of! It really didn't go over very well!
