Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These weren't bad at all and it was super easy to make! I followed the advice from previous reviews and it's important to strain the pepper, garlic, onion, and black bean mixture! What helped was adding about 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and about 1/4 cup-1/3 cup of oatmeal. It held together really nicely. I also changed up the spices: 1 tbl of chili powder, .5 tbl of paprika, .5 tbl of cumin, 1/2 tsp of garlic pepper, and 1.5 tsp of chili garlic sauce. Sounds like a lot but it didn't over power the patty at all. Will definitely make again! PS baked sweet potatoes would be a great side to this dish!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
seriously, this is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. it's so much better than the nestle one. make sure all the wet ingredients are room temperature (melted butter and eggs) before mixing. also, don't be afraid to bake these longer than what the recipe calls for. just make sure the edges are golden brown. enjoy :D

Spinach Triangles
I couldn't find pastry sheets at my local grocery store so I used flatbread instead. I brushed the flatbread with a little bit of butter and rolled the spinach mixture in like an eggroll. I also added a little bit of garlic powder to the spinach mixture. I then baked it for 15-20 mins at 350'F. It was delicious!
