Taco Roll-Ups
I took these to a Christmas party and left with nothing but an empty platter. Everyone loved these! I did change a few things to accommodate my tastes. I used (1) 2.25 oz can of olives and (1) 4.5oz can of green chiles. I also used one whole cup of picante sauce. These are so easy & so tasty!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
In one word? Addictive. I did add one more can of chicken to make it a bit meatier. Easy & so tasty!

Chicken Salad Spread
For the amount of time and work involved, this is a no-brainer. I left out the celery simply because I didn't have any and I used minced onions. It isn't gourmet, but it is something that I can whip up with an eleven month old on my hip and it has a good taste. I eat it on sandwiches most of the time, but it is fine with cracker also.
