Blueberry Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This is a superb recipe. The texture of the cake was perfection. The fact that is made in a springform pan makes a beautiful presentation. I used frozen wild bluberries. The trick to keep from having the bluberries make your batter "blue" is to fold them in GENTLY right before putting in the pan. I did this and it turned our picture perfect. The topping on this had perfect ratios to give it a beautiful yet not soggy crumb topping. A KEEPER! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Ok,this is a fab recipe! I made "cloverleaf" rolls and the are super delicious! light, fluffy and just a hint of sweetness. I will use this for sweet rolls also. Great dough to handle and great texture for rolls. TRY this even if you have no experience, it's such a good recipe, you can't mess up unless you don't use fresh ingredients (as with any baking) ENJOY!

Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
I followed some of the suggestions and added cream of mushroom instead of chicken soup and omitted ketcup...yuck! Follow the recipe as stated and you may have better results. I thought this had way too much cream cheese..this is the first recipe on this site that I really did not care for. Again, maybe if I made it as stated it would have been better, but I fear the cream cheese would have still been too over powering.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Very good recipe! I love that these taste good with any meat dish. My husband and 12 year old daughter said to only make "mashed" potatoes this way from now on!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Absolutely fabulous! The only thing I did differently was use an egg wash & rolled the chickin in plain bread crumbs mixed with paprika before frying. I fried them early in the a.m. then put in fridge until finishing the recipe at dinner. I also added parsley to the delicious cream sauce! Don't be worried about the wine, it just adds a great depth of flavor! I sliced the rolls for serving and put the sauce on top..beautiful presentation! Kids, adults..everyone loved this recipe!!
