Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
This is the best caesar I've ever made. Better than a bottle. I make mine in a smoothie blender early in the day to let the flavors mingle.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
One of our new staple dinners. I've experimented with other soups too, always great results. Remember to clip the fat ring around the edge every inch to keep the chop from 'cupping'

Crab Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Great! It was a bit bland but easy to vary. I put a splash of lemon juice as another reviewer mentioned. I also put a nice bit of cracked black pepper and a generous squeeze of red rooster. A keeper!

We used chocolate cake, put a paper heart in center of the cookie and sprinkled powdered sugar on them and removed the paper, so simple, so cute

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
Yum! ok, so yes the crust did fall off, but the taste was great and we will definitely make this again. I'll just dip in egg white first. I want to use whole wheat bread crumbs next time also.

These are great, I added my own spices, and the onions must be pureed.

Rosy's Palak Paneer

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
WOW! terrific! I substituted the paneer for a can of chick peas and we really liked the flavor and heartiness of this side dish. I suppose you could just throw your diced grilled chicken in for a one dish meal. I loved it!

Chickpea and Couscous Delight

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
Pretty good, I used quinoa instead of couscous because I realized as I began that I had no couscous. I did think it was bland, so I added more vinegar. I used balsamic, which turned it a nasty color but tasted nice. I'll make this again.

Six Week Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
FAB!!! I halved the recipe, used splenda brown sugar, whole wheat flour & oat flour, (next time I'll use applesauce but I was out), lots of cinnamon & nutmeg, skim milk and then I baked these in batches on my G5 George Foreman Grill. I intended to eat them as part of my healthy diet but my kids are BEGGING for them, more than poptarts and cereal! Next time I'm adding nuts & craisins & flax seeds. TERRIFIC!!!!
