Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Very tasty. I cut the total mayo/mustard to 1 T mayo, 1 T nonfat plain yogurt, 1 T dijon mustard and 1 T spicy brown mustard based on other reviews. It was plenty of sauce for my 3/4 lb salmon fillet

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I used Wegman's Brown Sugar BBQ sauce (so I didn't need to add brown sugar)and prepared an Italian Dressing sauce from a packet. Used 4 frozen chicken breasts (large) and shredded at about 5 hours. Put back in slow cooker in remaining sauce and cooked on low about 30 more minutes. This was excellent, made a lot of food and my husband, who is picky, said it was at least as good as any you would get at a restaurant.
