Buttermilk Syrup
I used 1 cup of sugar and kept everything else the same. Yum

Hot Spiked Cider
Fantastic! As many other have said: I used cinnamon tea instead of orange, reduced the rum to 1 cup, and skipped the butter. Made it all on the stove and left it in the crock pot on low for whenever people wanted to get some. A big hit!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
Faaaantastic! I used 1 can of re-fried black beans and and 1 can of regular black beans that I rinsed and mashed slightly before cooking them all together with a handful of frozen corn. I also halved the seasonings that went into the bean mixture and only added as much water as I wanted. Served with sour cream on the side.
