I'm sorry, but I thought this cake was rather dry. It also wasn't very sweet, nor could you taste the pineapple in it very much. The only pineapple you could taste was in the glaze that went on top. I will not make it again.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

I thought these muffins turned out nice & moist. They are very similar to some that I used to buy at Cub Foods. However, I thought that the amount of oil used was a little too much. Next time I will try substituting orange juice for half of the oil. Very tasty though!

Dream Bars I

My husband really liked this recipe, even though I thought the topping was a little too sugary sweet for me. It was pretty good though, considering that I didn't read the recipe right and I forgot to bake the crust before I poured the top layer on. It probably would have been even better if I had followed the directions.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Very moist, with lots of banana flavor. I made a cream cheese frosting for it, and then decided to add a little maple flavoring. I thought that the maple would complement the nuts in the cake. I got lots of compliments on it. I always seem to have lots of bananas on hand, so I think I will make this one often.

Black Russian Cake I

The flavor was really wonderful! It stayed moist for several days. Hard to believe it lasted that long! I made it for company, and got raves. It definitly is going to be a cake I will make again and again.
