So, i am taking a shot at the "no carb diet" thing. So far, it's extremely effective (I've dropped almost 20 pounds in just under 5 weeks).
The most challenging part of it is keeping a good (and healthy) variety of things to eat so you aren't tempted to cheat. You would be amazed…
