I've made Salmon in many various ways before and I've liked most of them, but this was the best.

Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
Boy are these brownie's fantastic. It really was a recipe that took a lot of faith because it states to "pour" the batter but batter was very thick. There was no "pouring" to be done. I mixed it and patted it into the pan. I made changes based on what I had on hand: I used caramel chips (only add 2 T. of cond. milk though), Spanish peanuts and dark chocolate that I chopped small. Great recipe and versatile. Thank you.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I made these exactly as written. They didn't end up totally flat, but next time I will flatten them a bit when dropping by tsp. full. Took them to a function and everyone loved them. Thank you!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
These were great! Just don't smash them down too much or the timing and crinkled look won't happen. I did a test batch for timliness and size, etc. I found to smash the cookies down to about 1/3" and cook for 9 minutes worked in my oven. Yum!

I loved the idea of these potatoes but were quite dry. I added milk to save them. Not sure what could have happened there because I followed the recipe.

Peanut Butter-Banana Blammo! Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
These were decadent, thick and pretty. At first I thought I had made a mistake because the batter was quite heavy but had faith and they turned out great. I made them for a group and they loved them. Only had vanilla pudding on hand - can't wait to make them with banana.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
I thought these were excellent with the changes made that others suggested. Add 1 tsp of vanilla but I only added 1/2 EXTRA C. of oats for fear the cookies would turn out too dry. Glad I did. Turned out great!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2011
I thought this was a fantastic easy recipe. I didn't have the issue others had with the brownies being too thin. The only thing I did differently was to also add 1/4 c. Vegetable oil. Turned out very moist. Thank you Brooke!

Pretty darn good recipe. I used a little less cheese, but the possibilities with this are endless. The entire family loved it.

This recipe couldn't be any easier. I listened to the others advise and added 3 eggs and threw everything in my Kitchen Aid mixer. I took half of it to work and the guys all loved it. Everyone at home thought it was awesome. Very moist.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
I thought this recipe was great. I made it on the stove top in a large pot. I read the reviews so I was aware of the "too much liquid" issue some of the other cooks were having. Had to agree. I just simply reduced the water. I also added a can of black beans and since I love tomatoes, I added twice the amount (used Rotel). Boyfriend tried to take some to work to share - NOT A CHANCE, I said! Thank you for such a great tasting recipe.

Crispy Oven-Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
I thought this was a great idea. I was bored with the idea of grilling or frying brats and someone pointed this recipe out to me. I must admit, I skipped the part where you first fry the meats and taters on the stove. I put the meat and potatoes in a 9x13 casserole and slathered all ingredients with the olive oil and spices and put the dish in the oven for 1 hour @ 375 degrees. I turned the meat and taters once every 15 minutes to get a really nice roasting. Worked perfect. Thank you for a great recipe!!!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
I made this with modifications suggested by Gneebeanie because I wanted a really moist but not super sweet carrot cake. Wow - this was a hit at Easter. This was my first attempt at making this cake. I made this in a 9x13 pan and there was more than enought frosting. Would reduce by half next time. Thank you!

Chicken Enchiladas

These were pretty good. I made exactly as stated but it was quite bland. Perhaps it was the enchilada sauce I used? I used Old El Paso. Would make again but try an enchilada sauce that I can find on All Recipes.

I thought this marinade was great. Not overpowering as I thought it might be with the liquid smoke. Made as exactly as stated with top sirloin. Very delicious. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
These were soooo delicious. I followed recipe exactly. Not sure why other reviewers are having uncooked areas of their dish, mine was actually overcooked by about 5 minutes. There was a slight "burn" taste on the bottom. Next time I will bake this at 325 degrees. My boyfriend and his sons at this whole pan in 2 days! Sheesh! I loved the cheesecake layer and am thinking this would be a great filling for cupcakes, etc. It is divine. Thank you for the great recipe. This one is a keeper.
