About this Cook
I am a transplant to Fyre Lake, IL from Atlanta, Georgia and Bradenton, Florida. I have been cooking as long as I can remember. Enjoying my vegetable garden and canning everything possible so I can have that wonderful garden taste all year around is my biggest hobby next to cooking. I am always on the hunt for AWESOME recipes and couldn't imagine cooking without AllRecipes.com Take care, Lee Annette

Maple Salmon
I've made Salmon in many various ways before and I've liked most of them, but this was the best.

Caramel Brownies
Boy are these brownie's fantastic. It really was a recipe that took a lot of faith because it states to "pour" the batter but batter was very thick. There was no "pouring" to be done. I mixed it and patted it into the pan. I made changes based on what I had on hand: I used caramel chips (only add 2 T. of cond. milk though), Spanish peanuts and dark chocolate that I chopped small. Great recipe and versatile. Thank you.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I made these exactly as written. They didn't end up totally flat, but next time I will flatten them a bit when dropping by tsp. full. Took them to a function and everyone loved them. Thank you!
