Karen A's Chocolate Dump Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
This cake is a chocaholics new favorite in our family. Instead of the stove top pudding which i didnt have i used 2 small boxes of the instant pudding (devils food of course) It was very simple to make and im going to make sure to have lots of milk on hand everytime i make this one.

Breakfast Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
I tried this recipe yesterday when my brother and his fiance came over for breakfast. It was a HUGE HIT!!!! . Two things I did diffrent is I made these in 9 x 13 pans and made 1 with bacon and 1 with sausage. Between the 2 pans it took 3 packages of crescent rolls. There was none left over by the next day. After reading the suggestions I added two extra eggs to accomodate the size of the pan and that worked out fine. I will Definetly make this one again.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
This was a hit!!! I read the reviews and left the mix overnight in the fridge. It made it so much easier to roll into balls. Next time we're going to try different flavors. My wife love spice cake so I'm going to try that with cream cheese frosting.

Krissy's Easy Chocolate Triple Layer Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
My wife was perusing the cake recipes for weeks when she stumbled across this recipe in her hunt for her birthday cake. I'd offered to make one and she chose this instead...what a surprise! It ended up being much easier than I had thought it'd be and was a hit. I used a shortbread crust and used choc. sprinkles instead. This one is a keeper.

Gooey Chocolate Icing

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
I have nothing but praises for this one! There are 2 (1 picky and 1 not picky) chocolate lovers in my household. They both loved it. Unfortunately I used it to coat doughnut holes and it didn't work as well as I thought. It lived up to it's name though - gooey. The best part is that I no longer need to buy chocolate frosting as I can now confidently use this recipe over and over again. I used the tips listed under the recipe - lifesaver. I doubled everything except the milk and it worked out perfectly.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I followed the suggestions and cut the syrup back from 1/3 cup to 1/4 cup and found it to work out just fine. Three out of four in our household love blueberries so I have had to make this a few time already.

Oatmeal Apricot Squares

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I have made this too many times to count since I stumbled across this recipe. My family enjoyed it so much that I've branched out and made a variety of flavors not just apricot. The only part I changed was the preserves. When I measured it out I found that it wasn't enough so I increased the amount and just eye-balled it and used common sense as to how much to cover the bottom layer with. Because it is so poplular I've had to double the recipe and use a 9" x 13" pan.

Breakfast Casserole III

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
This was a hit! Even my brother ate it when I made this for a big family get together at breakfast time and he doesn't normally eat sausage. I used canned potatoes, turkey sausage and skipped the onions. Next time I'm going to substitute bacon for the sausage. This has become a favorite for the family.

Blueberry Spread

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I increased the blueberries by approximately one cup and the sugar to 5 tablespoons. This worked out perfect for my family as not everyone likes their preserves too sweet. The extra blueberries gave the fruit flavor an extra boost.
