Broccoli-Onion Deluxe

Very very good!! I added a little extra cream cheese and a little less butter. Also had to use a large red onion because I didn't have any pearl onions. My hubby loved it!! Can't wait to share the recipe!

Turkey Brine

Very good!!! Only time I have ever brined a turkey was last year and I got rave reviews!! I even handed out the recipe for my uncle to use at Christmas. I will be using it again this year and does it ever make gravy to DIE for:)

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

Very good, almost the exact recipe my Grandma uses. I used dream whip instead of cream for a lower fat version. It was wonderful and tasted just like my Grandmas!!!

Apple Crumb Pie

Oh my gosh!! What a wonderful pie. This was the first apple pie I've ever made and boy was it a hit! I used a homemade pie crust, you can find it here under easy pie crust. I highly recommend it. It makes enough for the crumble on top which I added brown and white sugars, cinnamon and pecans. Everyone raved about the pie and I will make over and over again!

Bruschetta al Pomodoro

Very very good! I added a bit of shredded parm to the bread when I toasted the last side. I too did not warm the tomatoes it was so good room temp. I'm going to make this again this weekend and I know it'll be a hit. I think I may add fresh mozzarella this time. Thank you Ada!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Delicious! I tweaked it a bit on others reviews. I cut mine in 3/4 inch thick slices browned for 10 mins a side at 450, on a sheet with EVOO, then baked 35 mins at 450. I recommend covering with foil and uncovering for last 10 minutes. I also let the eggplant sweat with seasalt for 20 minutes, followed with patting dry before breading. I will definitely make this again. My fiancé loved it too!
