Vanilla Crepes
Mmmmm , sooo good. I gave it a 4 because I listened to other reviews and added 1/2 cup more milk and 1/2 tsp. less vanilla. I stirred mixture with a whisk until it wasn't lumpy and it turned out yummy. The whole family loved it too. Will definately make this again.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
My family really thought these were a hit!! The kids loved them too. I also made some adjustment to the recipe. I made 8 med size patties out of 1lb & a 1/2 of beef. I used pineapple juice instead of sherry and it worked for us. Finally, after I added my flour and beef broth to the onions, I added 1 cup of milk and let it come to a boil. Then I mixed 2T of flour with 1/2 cup of milk in a little dish and slowly poured it into the broth mix. I served this onion gravy over french fries & had the patties on buns. We also put fries with the patties on a bun & topped it with the onion gravy.....This is delish!!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
I altered the recipe a bit too. First I added to the crock pot a 1/2 cup chicken broth. I then put cubed potatoe, cubed carrot, cubed turnip & sliced onion. I remofed all the skin from the thawed chicken, rinsed & patted it dry. In a bowl I mixed a little pureed garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemone juice & 1 onion, cubed (I stuffed this in the chicken & tied up the legs) I placed the chicken over the veg's & sprinkled pepper, onion salt & paprika over the chicken. cooked on high for 5 hours. I'll give my alteration a 5 star!!! MMM this is good
