Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
Excellent as is, or a base for other recipes. I make it exactly as listed, except I use apple cider vinegar because that's what's in the cupboard, and fresh garlic because I prefer it. And I increase the quantities because I have a large family and buy large roasts.
The first day I serve it as a main meat dish, with potatoes or rice (the sauce is great over rice) and a veggie. I use the remaining meat to make pulled -pork sandwiches with Sticky Finger's sauce (my favorite), or pork tacos with Taco Slaw from this site, or sweet and sour pork. Next I want to try a pork chili with the meat as a base.
