Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup

Wonderful soup! My first time cooking with leeks! I don't usually make homemade soup and I found this to be very easy and delicious. The only change I made was to use fat free half n half instead of the heavy cream but I tasted it before adding the half n half and it would have tasted just fine without it. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese

Very good and easy recipe. Made first time as written and it was wonderful. The second time the grocery store was out of jalepenos so i made with one serrano instead. I also added some marinated artichokes with the tomatoes. I will definitely make this again and again. I also like the idea of trying the same recipe with chicken to change it up.

Fish Tacos

I moved to San Diego about a year ago and discovered fish tacos. Now, whenever my boyfriend and I go deep sea fishiing off the San Diego coast this is the recipe we make with our freshly caught fish! These are wonderful. I just made them for the third time and I don't change a thing! Thanks, Tanya!

Caramel Bars

These are wonderful! I made these for Sunday football and everybody loved them! I also made extra oat mixture and would recommend doing so. I will definitely be making these again and again and again....

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust

YUM! This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake and it turned out great. Everyone loved it and requested I make it again for Christmas. The only thing I did differently is I baked it in a waterbath. I cannot wait to make this again!

Soy Milk Pancakes
