Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2012
I didn't make the crumb topping and this was still soo yummy! I love this recipe! It smelled so good while it was baking, it was hard not to eat one right out of the oven! In 3 of the muffins, I added strawberry slices in the batter, and they were amazing. So good! Thanks for the recipe!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
Just made this for dinner and it was just ok. I wish it had more of a tomato flavour. Also, I think there was too much dried basil. I wish I had made it with fresh instead. My husband thought it was just ok too. I think with tweaking and fresh basil, this would be much better.

Love this recipe, I don't use ginger as my husband doesn't like it but its still really good. I serve it over sticky rice and it's delish. Thanks for the recipe.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

I just made this for my neighbor as a treat for Xmas and they are very good. I added a bit of vanilla and a cup of frozen blueberries. I finished it off with an egg wash and some sugar on top before going in the oven. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Brownies

Made these today for my staff at work and they couldn't stop raving about them. I also liked them very much. I really enjoyed the chocolate chips. I put store bought icing on top to finish them off.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Just made this and its pretty good. Only thing is I found it had too much oil in it so next time I will cut back on it. I also added brussel sprouts in the pan and they turned out great! This recipe is very similar to another recipe here for Greek roasted potatoes. This is a keeper :)

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

I loved this recipe. I only had peppers, onions and zucchini but it tasted sooo good. I reheated this at work and my co-workers came looking to see what smelled so good! I loved the mayo mixture and will now be putting this on all my sandwiches. Try this you'll love it!

Good recipe but a little too hot for me. Next time I will use less cayenne pepper. I also didn't have any thyme but it still tasted good.

Great recipe! I didn't have any swiss so I also used feta as others suggested. I would also use gouda as another option. Thanks for this recipe, everyone enjoyed it!!

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
This was very tasty. I changed it up a bit based on the veggies I had on hand but it was very good. I added mushrooms, ham, peppers, hot sauce and onions. I sprinkled cheese on top. I pulled mine out of the oven around 16 mins. Not only are they great for breakfast/brunch, but also a good snack. Thanks for the idea!

Shepherd's Pie VI

I followed this recipe exactly and thought it was good. I did think that maybe it was a bit too sweet, probably from all the carrots. Next time I will add more beef and cut some carrots out. I will also add seasoning. Garlic, pepper, salt.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This is a great recipe! I also followed the advice about soaking the noodles instead of boiling them and it came out great. I also couldn't find any sweet sausages so I used mild which worked out great. Next time I'm going to add some garlic to the sauce. I made this for my employees for Christmas eve lunch and there wasn't any left! People had second servings and asked for the recipe. This is my new Lasagna! Thanks

This is the best chili I've ever made. I added extra heat by adding a Jalapeno in it. I also added some celery as I like the crunch and topped it with cheddar cheese. Thanks for the recipe!!!
