Kimberly's Meaty Meatloaf
usually use onion soup mix recipe but this turned out just as yummy. used 2 TB of Worcestershire sauce, sauteed onion and garlic before adding to meat mix. also added garlic powder, oregano, basil, extra salt and pepper. Very yummy, moist and savory.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I've made this twice now. It's really easy and delicious. I use chicken thighs and throw them in raw. I also included a can of rinsed black beans. My kids complained it was too spicy last time so I used a can of diced tomatoes with onions and green chiles, instead of a whole can of green chiles. I also omitted the enchilada sauce and put in a can of tomato paste and a packet of taco seasoning. Cooked on low for 8 hours. Served it with rice to make it more like a stew. Yummy!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Wonderful recipe. I use homemade chicken soup about once a month. A great way to use leftover chicken meat and broth. I add curry powder to give it a nice kick and color. I add potatoes and omitted green beans. Used TJ's pie crust--double crust is the way to go!
