Couscous with a Kick!

This was very good, with just the right amount of spice, although I felt maybe it lacked something, like salt, next time I might cook the couscous with chicken broth instead.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

So Yummy, I used the steamer tray from my rice cooker, it was a litte messy and difficult, but not terrible. I did rinse with cold water as suggested , and then tossed in minced bacon, and green onions and sauted till browned.

Bavarian Chops

This was great, I used a very dark beer to make this, and the flavor was great. I was afraid it would be too beery but was just yummy. My beer loving fiance told me he would have to eat his left overs in the break room at work to show them off.

Gyros Burgers

My boyfriend loved this recipe. I thought it was a little too Lamby, next time I will do a 25:75 mix for lamb to beef istead of 50:50. But the flavor was good. We will never need to go out for Gryos again.

Mediterranean Quinoa

I liked this recipe. But reduced the broth to 2 cups thank goodness otherwise it would have been a really watery.

Tzatziki Sauce

This was so good! I made it with Greek yogurt and let the cucumbers drain for about an hour. My sauce was nice and thick. Yum!
