Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I keep hearing that brussels sprouts cooked this way are so wonderful and don't have that yucky brussels sprouts taste, but I found them just passable, in no way marvelous. My kids wouldn't eat them, despite posts claiming that kids like them. My kids are open to such things, by the way, they love lima beans for example.
