Well, I guess I just don't like collards. I really tried, with them being so healthy. Perhaps if you like the slightly bitter taste of collards, you'll like these.

Cocktail Meatballs IV
very yummy and easy. I used frozen meatballs, sugar-free grape jelly (splenda), 1/2 a chopped and sauted onion, and chipotle hot sauce to taste. I like 'em sweet and spicy!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I used whole wheat pasta and halved the bread crumb topping. Tasted sourish and the white cottage cheese is unexpected to see. Wanted more of a traditional savory cheddary taste.
