Lemony Chicken with Artichoke Hearts

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2012
It has both the healthy and flavor factors going for this. With a whole wheat pasta and salad this a perfect meal for a healthy diet. I used light butter and white wine instead of vermouth since I didn't have it on hand!

Sicilian Meat Roll

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
YUM! I used prosciutto ham which made it a bit more salty, but yummy !!! I also used a tomato sauce flavored with onion and garlic instead of tomato juice.. I also put a little bit of the mixture on top, as well. And fresh oregano, instead of dried. Can't wait to make it again! Super easy!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2008
I have made many apple pies, crisps, etc. and this is very good. I've made it 3 times and this is what I have done differently.. 1)cut back on the water and instead of using water, I used 1/2 cider, 1/2 lemon juice 2) I mixed a little bit of nutmeg in with the apple mixture. 3) I was trying to make it a bit more 'crispy' on top, so I put underneath the broiler set on low for a quick moment. Next time I might drizzle more butter on top, also

Picadillo

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
Wow! I love it! I use whole cloves during the boil, then remove them. I also add about 2 Tbsp. of Goya tomato sauce with onion and garlic and an additional 1/2 tsp. of cinammon.
