Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Yummy..this is the best pumpkin bread ever. I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and used 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup applesauce instead of a full cup of oil and reduced the sugar to 2 cups. I used a round cake pan and cooked for exactly 1 hour. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing

Honey Glazed Ham

This was a wonderful glaze. I used it on a 5lbs smoked bone in ham. I prepared the glaze exactly as directed and the ham was exceptional. The only thing I didn't do that was recommended by almost all the prior reviewers was to line my roasting pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up....took a lot of elbow grease to clean up my pan. I even considered throwing it away instead of cleaning it. Even with the cleanup I would use this glaze again. Thank you Colleen

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Wow what a great recipe. I made it as directed except I only had salted butter on hand. These turned out wonderfully my whole family enjoyed them. This will be my CCC recipe for life.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

This was an amazing wheat pizza crust. I mixed it in my bread machine and added 4 tsp vital wheat gluten although I think it would have risen well without it. It made one big batch of dough. I split it in half and refrigerated it to make during the work week. It was amazing. I think next time I will skip the all purpose flour and go 100% whole wheat with the vital wheat gluten to help it rise. Thanks Maria for such a great recipe.
