Indian Chicken Curry II
Great recipe! Two words that anyone making this should know, though: Garam Masala. I was really glad I had some of this spice mixture on hand...I added it a couple of times throughout the cooking process.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
One of the bets slow-cooker recipes I've made, by far. The only things I did differently were cook the chicken in the soup and use a couple of fresh jalapeno peppers. Delicious!
