Not bad and good for a quick dinner when you are short on time. Nothing to write home about though.

Pork Chops and Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2010
I thought this was very good and very easy! Nobody in our family is a big fan of lima beans but this really hit the spot. The pork chops came out very tender and all in all it was a very hearty meal.

Chicken Potpie

Delicious! I didn't change anything and it came out perfect! I would definitely use a large pot instead of a skillet. This takes a lot of time but it is well worth it and the filling freezes very well

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
This is very easy and pretty good for a quick weeknight dinner. I use refried beans instead of ranch style (not quite sure what those are). I also used a packet of taco seasoning instead of chili powder and a can of Rotel.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! I made these for a baby shower and everyone was RAVING about them! They are so easy too if you cool the cream cheese mixture before dipping them in chocolate. I will definitely be making these again.

American-Italian Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
Made this for a baby shower and followed the recipe exactly except for leaving out the salami to keep it vegetarian. I thought it was okay but needed more salt. Next time I will include the salami and maybe some diced cheese.

Sparkling Punch

Very good and easy! I made this for a baby shower and it was a hit. The fruit made a nice presentation and must have been tasty too because one kid kept taking the oranges out and eating them!

Maybe I did something wrong but this was just okay. Not bad by any means, but not memorable.

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I thought this was really good. I added a bit more mayo to make it a little creamier and left out the water chestnuts because I don't like them. Will definitely make again.

Dirty Diapers

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Very cute idea. I'm making these for a baby shower and made a batch exactly as the recipe states except I left pickles off of a lot of them because some people don't like pickles. They did taste like sliders, but I think the meat needs more seasoning when cooking. Next time I will add some garlic and some spices to jazz them up a bit.

Easy Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly except for putting a tad less seasoning on the bread. I taste tested this tonight for a party I'm throwing and it got the thumbs up from my pepperoni loving husband. I'm making an extra loaf to freeze for later!

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
Great salad! I left out the cilantro since we didn't have it, seasoned the chicken w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder before cooking and crumbled tortilla chips instead of the fried onions. Perfect for a light meal, and we will definitely make this again

Very easy and tasty! I had a one pound tenderloin so I used 1/3 of all the portions (only used 1 teaspoon of rosemary) and added salt. Will definitely make again.

Not light on the calories, but definitely delicous! I tried to use fat free half and half but it was runny so next time I will use the regular stuff. Husband and I both loved it.
