Easy Broccoli Quiche
Made it exactly as written, except I had no onion so just added some dried minced instead. My teens and I thought it was delicious. I used partially cooked, chopped, and drained frozen broccoli and it was fine.

Super Duper Chocolate Cookies
Made some like these years ago but had lost the recipe. My mom used to love them. This is it! I use half butter half margarine in place of the shortening, as I never seem to have shortening on hand, and they came out great. I also used cocoa and the addition of more margarine as I didn't have enough unsweetened chocolate. Good to know I can substitute. I made the first batch using only a rounded teaspoon, and then got lazy and made them a little bigger. I far prefer the smaller ones so next time I'll be more patient. Thanks for posting this!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
Yes I changed it a little too, but I love the recipe foundation, and I really didn't change it much. I just added a half tablespoon of lemon juice and used mayo instead of sour cream, about a heaping half cup. And I used rectangular crackers (Club crackers :) ) instead of round since that's what I usually have in the pantry. And I added some frozen green beans. All that said, it was so easy and so delicious! My son wants me to serve it for his family birthday party. :) Thanks!
