Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
Definitely juicy! Will make again next time I crave a big burger on the grill.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Amazingly easy. I used pork tenderloin (it was tender as all get out and flavorful... I hate pork butt b/c of all the fat & dark meat!), a salt/pepper/garlic powder rub. Then covered with root beer & followed directions. After 6 hours I took it out & shredded it, cleaned the crockpot and throw it back in with a sliced onion and some bacon and peppers (they were on hand). Also used Sticky Fingers Carolina BBQ sauce (Mustard based). Let it simmer for about an hour. AMAZINGGGG. Will make again soon.

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style
Love this tzadziki (sp?). Being a NYer living in the South, it's kinda hard to find Greek food but a few weeks ago I had the most amazing chicken gyro and was determined to learn to recreate it at home. This is it! The chicken marinade is fine, but the cucumber sauce is the real winner, I used red wine vinegar and dried dill, still came out wonderful!
