This was fabulous... once I made it a couple of times and changed a few things! I use my bosch (don't have a bread machine) to mix the dough in, and found myself with only active dry yeast, so I added just a pinch more yeast, and about 1/8 tsp cinnamon to the actual dough, with closer to 4 cups of flour (I add it a little at a time and stop when the dough starts pulling away from the sides of the mixing bowl) and had to let it raise longer. I also found the cinnamon for the filling was way too much. I cut it down to just under 2 tablespoons, as well as used a whole stick of butter to spread on the rolled out dough. I also pulled them out once they just start to turn golden rather than golden brown, otherwise they seemed overdone.
