Maple Pecan Shortbread Squares

Wow these were exceptionally good! Make them, you wont be disappointed! I actually made them twice in one week. Make sure to use PURE maple syrup just like the recipe states...outstanding! (I did add more pecans and also added 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract to the pecan layer...yum!)

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

This was delicious and really easy to make! The melted cheese on top is a must! I will make this again, but may try using a few spices.

Playgroup Granola Bars

Pretty good, this is a good base recipe for making granola bars then adding whatever you like...I can't wait to try this recipe using a few diffent ingredients.

Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

Awesome, great flavor....I didn't have any bacon or eggs, so i didnt use them, and the flavor was still great.I suggest adding rasins they are a perfect addition!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Hmm not too sure about this one...the cake was good but even after all the ingredients it still seemed to be missing somthing. Me and my husband didnt like the cake, but my parents, sisters and brothers love it...guess its one of those you like it or you dont???

Coconut Shrimp I

Great recipe, great flavor! I made the orange marmalade dipping sauce as others suggested... 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 2 tsp honey dijon, 1 tsp horsradish and 1 tsp honey..delicious! I think i fried the shrimp a little to long, so next time ill just fry until lightly golden brown.

Emily's Mediterranean Pasta

Recipe was good, but lacked the creamy sauce i prefer in a pasta dish. I probably wont make this again, but i think it was worth a try. The green olives were a nice addition.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were tastey...yes the ingredients are almost exactly like the one on the oatmeal box but who cares, its a cookie and it tastes good! One down side is that they began to get hard after only a day (even in a air tight container) So if you make this cookie its best to eat it fresh from the oven or at least in the first 24 hours ;)

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Great cookie...My husband and i loved them!!I might try to make the filling a little more creamy next time! TIP: If your oven rack is in the middle, move it down one. This allows the bottom of the cookie to cook a little more so that when it comes time to frost the cookie, the cookie is more stable and doesn't break apart.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I followed the recipe exactly...the cookies came out picture perfect and smelling wonderful. The reeses part tasted great but the cookie itself did not. It was just a bland cookie with a reese's cup in the middle...i dont think ill be making this recipe again, but i may try this same idea using different ingredients.

Buckeye Cookies III

These cookies were wonderful! Very sweet, but delicious! I might use a little less sugar next time, and add graham cracker crumbs as other people did. These cookies are also great frozen. I put half in the freezer and half in the fridge...excellent!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

This pasta was great! It takes a little time to make but definately worth it. My husband said this is the best dish i have ever made! We also made it for dinner guests and they loved it too...so my advice, is to see for yourself. Its great!

African Curry

This was an interesting and flavorful dish! Instead of using a whole chicken i just used boneless, skinless chicken breast. I also omited the bay leaf. My husband commented that maybe next time i should add something to make it a little spicy, and i agree. Will make again!
