Salty Dog II

Honey, let me be your salty dog! One of my all time favorite drinks. Rarely add the salt but it's good either way.

Fantastic recipe! I used 3 tbs of port instead of 2, and added the maple syrup while mixing everything else with the cheese. I also finely chopped up the cranberries before adding, for better distribution throughout the cheeseball. I highly recommend this- so quick and easy.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

I added a bit more lemon juice, and have also substitued lime juice instead. Both make a great treat. I have lime and lemon trees and this is a wonderful way to use the juices!

Hash Brown Casserole II

So quick and easy. We make these when we are cooking for funeral lunches at our church. The crunchy topping really adds a great texture to the potatoes. Everyone asks for this recipe.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Very labor intensive and very bland. I ended up throwing most of it out. My husband wouldn't even finish what was on his plate. Pass this recipe by, it's not worth it.
