Easy Meatloaf

This is a great basic meatloaf recipe that's even better the day after on sandwiches. I did what others did, as far as sauteing onions and added Worcestershire sauce. This is definitely one of the best meatloaf recipes I've found. Thank you for sharing!

Traditional White Bread

One of the best bread recipes around. Never had a bad loaf yet! We eat one loaf, use the second for homemade french toast! Thanks for a great recipe!

Tarragon Chicken Casserole

I know tarragon is in the title but I found out I was completely out when I found this recipe. So, I used 2 bay leafs in the water when I boiled my pasta and added parsely instead of the tarragon. I also used 1/2 of 2% milk, as I don't keep half and half on hand. WOW! Was this gooooood!! This is one of those great recipes that you can add ingredients and it's just as good! I did add tarragon to my grocery list; for future use! Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Cuban Beans and Rice

This recipe is great! I had to substitute a few things; I can't eat the peppers so I omitted them. I only had a can of chili kidney beans, so I used those and added 2 cups of water. I also love garlic, so I added 5 cloves. My husband and I ate this for dinner with cheese on top; it was awesome! I also had some the next day with my scrambled eggs. Thank you for sharing a great recipe! I bought all the ingredients (minus the peppers!) to make it again! A good meal or side or breakfast food!

Austrian Tea Cakes

I had 2 cups of leftover peanuts so I subsituted them, finely chopped, for the hazelnuts. The cookies came out great; they had a different flavor but were still just as rich and delicious!

The Best Banana Bread

I had 4 banana's that HAD to be used, so I made this recipe. It was just as it says, the Best Banana Bread! I didn't have any walnuts on hand so I chopped up 1 cup of almonds and wowza, it was good! I also used self rising flour and omitted the baking soda. Came out great! This one's a keeper!
