Did the following as suggested by another reviewer: Changed brown sugar to 1/2 cup, melted butter to 1/4 and added 1/2 cup applesauce. Added 3/4 cup raisins, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 cup oat bran and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. All my family LOVED this recipe (We poured a little bit of Silk Creamer on top and ate like a bread pudding). Baked only for 25 minutes at 350 and turned out perfectly. My kids raved over this and asked me to make it every day. Even my teenager who hates oatmeal asked for more! Definitely a keeper! We are all so full that this will definitely keep us all going until lunch!
