No Bake Double Good Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
This was very good. My kids loved it. I made a couple of changes. I used the store bought Oreo pie crust. I only used 1/2 cup peanut butter. I didn't want the peanut butter to be too over powering. Then on the top of the pie, after I sprinkled the (Oreo) cookies on top.(I covered the top with Oreo cookie chunks.) I also drizzled it with chocolate syrup. It turned out better than I had thought it would. I will be making this again real soon. Thank you for the recipe.

Mississippi Mud Pie II

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
This was a very easy recipe and oh..so..delicious.I had a little trouble with the heavy whipping cream because if you don't keep it cold enough, it will begin to churn. It looks similiar to spoiled milk when it does. So with that, I did have to start over. I followed the recipe pretty close, other than on top of the cream cheese layer I sprinkled chopped walnuts. On top of that added a layer of cool whip, along with more walnuts sprinkled on top. My family tore this pie up. The next time I make this, I think I'll make two. Thanks for the recipe.

Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I thought this recipe was great. I revised it slightly, using corn instead of green beans. And using one of the reviews suggestions with the soy sauce when browning the hamburger. I also put green peppers in it as well along with the onion. I made some gravy and mixed it into the hamburger and the vegetables. It was delicious, everyone loved it. This is the first time I made Shepherd's Pie, and it's one that I will be making alot more of. Thank's for the recipe.
