Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

For me, these weren't the best chocolate chip cookies. There seemed to be way too many chips and not enough batter, and my husband agreed. Might be better if you decreased the amount of chips, but I probably won't try this recipe again.

Slow-Cooked Pork Barbecue

This recipe is delicious, easy, and cheap to make.. my fiance and I can eat it for days! The only thing I'd change is to drain off a tiny bit more of the juice, because it leaves it just a bit too runny for me. I'm making it again!!

Kitty Litter Cake

The taste wasn't the best, but I give it 5 stars for the presentation! Placed on the table on a newspaper for effect. Everyone at the Vet Tech Christmas party was amused!

This was so easy, and everyone loved it! It could use a little bit more spice, though. Maybe use salsa instead of the tomatoes?

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

This turned out perfectly! I mixed up brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, and a few more walnuts and covered the top before putting it in the oven... delicious!!

Kona Chicken

This turned out well! The sauce was very thin so I made some white rice and served the chicken over rice. It was very salty even though I used low sodium soy sauce and used less than the recipe calls for. I would definitely recommend using even less, and maybe using more honey instead.

Easy No Bake Cookies

These were good! I love that you can use different pudding flavors to change it up. I made mine with vanilla pudding and added peanut butter chips. They turned out a little bit sticky but set up fine in the refrigerator.
