This was awesome. I used cubes of chicken breast and the marinade worked out great. I will say though, Tandoori is supposed to have a BBQ taste, so I cooked it on some charcoal and it was better than any I've ever had at a restaurant. Well... because they probably can't BBQ as well as I can at my house, but that's that. It was awesome.

Peanut Butter Noodles

These were great. Not really like any traditional dish I ever had, but so easy to make and the kids like it (without the chili paste which I put in my own). I may have used a little less ginger next time, the fresh stuff was strong.

Kai Kang Dang (Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk)

I loved it. There is a great Thai place in town that I've been to that first turned me on to curries. This tasted just like the Red Curry that they serve and it was very easy. I probably will use a little more curry paste next time because it was pretty lightly spiced with the amount in the recipe.
