Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Absolutely phenomenal! I followed another user's suggestion and marinated the chops for about 10 hours in 2 parts apple sauce and 1 part soy sauce, and it definitely helped keep the chops super moist and juicy! I also made sure to make 3x's the sauce, and that was the perfect amount for 4 chops. I served mine with mashed potatoes and green beans. YUM! Sweet and savory, the flavors balance out beautifully. The only recommendation I have is if you top it with pecans, make sure they're roasted :)

Banana Pancakes I
Simply amazing recipe! I'd bought overripe bananas from my grocery store at the end of the night when they're on clearance ($.42 for 4 bananas!) so was looking for something to do with them. This recipe is DELICIOUS! Most recipes don't use enough bananas to really infuse it with the flavor, but this one is perfect. I added in walnuts and some cinnamon and vanilla extract. You could easily add in strawberry jam or bits of strawberries. This recipe gets a 5 because not only is it delicious, it's extremely versatile!

Hearty Multigrain Bread
Wow. That's all I have to say. I followed this recipe with the exception that I used ONLY whole-wheat flour. I used the 1.5 pound loaf, whole-wheat setting with a dark crust (I prefer a darker crust - just my preference). It is a slightly small loaf, but for two people it's PERFECT. I'll probably make this twice a week. Next time I'm going to use 1.5 cups flour and 1/2 cup quick oats to make it even heartier!
