Great muffins, but not to die for. There was definitely enough topping for a double batch. Also, topping tends to get soggy if muffins are not eaten fresh the same day. I followed the advice of a few reviewers and doubled the amount of blueberries. That turned out to be a big mistake. The inside of the muffins turned out to be a big purple mess. I also substituted applesauce for the oil to cut down on fat, and the taste was not compromised. All in all, this is a good recipe for blueberry muffins, and I will use it again.
