Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
This was great! I first sauteed fresh garlic, onions and celery and then added everything else. I questioned using curry, but it was yummy and subtle. I added additional veggies to clear out my fridge, and it was great! Really hearty and satisfying soup.

Cheesy Beans and Rice
